Triple A Program
Triple A (Adolescent Asthma Action) is the first peer-led education program that aims to:
- improve asthma self-management for adolescents from disadvantaged and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
- promote resilience for high school students to resist the peer pressure to smoke
- improve educational outcomes for high school students
- enable adolescents to promote smoke-free messages to their family.
Triple A is a collaborative project between the University of Sydney, the Western Sydney Local Health District and high schools in Western Sydney.
